Our story
Prevenor Standard was created to bridge the gap between day-to-day facilities operations and high-level real estate strategy. Too often, buildings are managed in silos: maintenance teams focus on uptime, while property teams focus on leases. The result is missed savings, avoidable risks, and underperforming assets.
We bring those disciplines together. Our consultants have led operations for large corporate portfolios, advised on major transactions, and helped service businesses expand into new markets.
Today we work with corporate real estate teams, property investors, facility service providers, and developers who want practical advice and real results. The service is delivered through Zorinacz Consulting, a sole trader based in Switzerland.
